James Land Company -- HOW IT WORKS

Before you register, we encourage you to browse through out our site. All pictures, details, maps, disclosures and title work are made available without your registration. You may even watch auctions in progress to get an idea of the format and how the system works.

Step 1:

Click on "How To Register", Read and Accept the terms and conditions of the User Agreement. Keep a copy of your ID and password for future use.

Step 2:

Contact the listing Broker for information on depositing earnest money in the Brokers Trust Account. (If you are not the successful bidder your money will be returned to you the next day)

Step 3:

Once the earnest money has been received by the Broker and placed in the Trust Account, your account will be activated for the auction you have requested. You are now able to place a bid!

Step 4:

Login using your user ID and Password.

Change password

Step 5:

Follow bid instructions on the specific auction page you are activated to bid on.

REMEMBER: Each bid is a binding offer to purchase Real Estate in that specific auction.
