Located 7 Mile Northeast of Minatare, Nebraska, this farm includes 745 deeded acres of which 116 acres are under two pivots. Pivots are 1996 (4 tower) and 1997 (7 tower) Zimatics. With this sale goes, Water rights from the Pathfinder Irrigation District for 466 acres plus two wells approximately 80 foot deep each. Currently 350 acres are being farmed, with the balance of land, 395 acres, being grassland. The property is accessed by county road J with electricity on the property.

Deer roam throughout the property allowing for Deer hunting opportunities. Along with Deer hunting, one will be able to Duck and Goose Hunt along a portion of Nine Mile Creek that is on the property.

Directions: Heading East out of Scottsbluff, Nebraska on Highway 26, go approximately 11 miles and turn north on County Road 33 (its just past feedlot). Go 4.9 miles on County Road 33 and turn east on County Road J. Go one mile to property.
