The Garden County Pivot is located approximately 8 miles north of Lewellen along County Road 60A. This farm is comprised of 160 deeded acres +/- with 132.1 certified irrigated acres under an older Valley Pivot with a 75hp Sargent pump. Currently half of the pivot is planted in sudan grass and the other half in alfalfa (2014). In 2018 the farm produced over 300 big round bales on the sudan grass and 170 big rounds of alfalfa. The property is well fenced with five hydrants around the outbuildings for watering livestock. Herds of deer and antelope frequent the property and provide good hunting opportunities.
