The East Timberlake Ranch is located approximately 30 minutes north of Craig in Moffat County, Colorado and is comprised of 1,683 deeded acres +/- and 600 acres +/- of BLM lease. Covered by a Grassland Reserve conservation easement, this ranch offers a productive summer pasture with the potential for some dryland hay production. Cross fenced into eight pastures the ranch is watered via five wells and a series of stock reservoirs providing ample water in all pastures. Access to the ranch is off County Road 3 that runs along the west end of the BLM allotment & County Road 109 that runs through the ranch. Set in Unit 3, an area known for its hunting potential, the ranch enjoys a nice mix of good vegetation and rolling topography that produces good deer and antelope hunting.
