      The Elk Springs Acreage is located just over a mile east of Elk Springs in Moffat County, Colorado along Highway 40. Comprised of 144 deeded acres +/-, this property enjoys a nice blend of cedar covered hillsides along sage and grass bottoms. There is a spring and a solar powered well on the property providing water for livestock and wildlife. Located in Unit 10, known for its trophy elk and mule deer, it can be very difficult to draw tags for either species. However, south of the highway is Unit 11, an over the counter area for elk. The Elk Springs Acreage has been used in conjunction with the Brady Ranch, a 951 acre parcel a quarter mile to the west, for running livestock. The Brady Ranch is also available for purchase and the two parcels are owner rated for 60 head during the summer months.
