There are no fences. A water well would need to be drilled. No covenants

Has the property been surveyed recently? Was it an ALTA survey? What road leads to the property? Is it maintained
by the county during winter? Well permits? Is it 1 permit for each 35 acres? Who does own the mineral rights? Are they
available for lease?

There is a current survey. County road # 43 (paved) goes thru property. It is maintained all winter. You apply at the county for a well permit. I don't know who ownes the the minerals.
