SOLD

The Scotts Bluff County Irrigated Farm is located east of Minatare, Nebraska.  It is comprised of 225 deeded acres +/- (would be 240 acres but homestead is to be surveyed out at approximately 15 acres).  Of the 225 deeded acres, 204 acres are irrigated.  All of the irrigated acreage is irrigated through flood irrigation.  The owner is currently paying for 218 acres of water from the Farmers Irrigation Ditch.  To view the irrigation bill from the Farmers Irrigation District CLICK HERE.  There is a 1,050 gpm irrigation well on the property.  To view information regarding the well CLICK HERE.  The well has a flowmeter and is operated by the PTO on a tractor.  This is one of the best irrigated farms in the valley.  To view information on the soils on the property CLICK HERE.  To complete this package there is good access and great bird hunting.
