Broker's Comments

The Pelton Ranch is located in northern Dawes County, Nebraska. It consists of 2,283 deeded acres of very good pasture. The water through out the pastures is very good. The pastures are on the R.W.D #1 Whitney pipeline and has three stock tanks (never run out of water). There are 12 stock damns on the property as well. The owner states that he has ran 125 to 190 pairs on the property the last three years and they have done very well.
